Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:
Manage, control and evaluate the process and procedures, and ensure that they are continually enhanced and documents are updated. Work closely with the development team and the Quality Assurance team to ensure that process flow of enhancements to Salesforce.com and billing are updated in the documentation. Act as the Senior Process Developer representing the team for special complex projects. Analyze change management system releases to ensure that they do not impact the current process flow. If there are impacts, validate the new process and immediately document the information.
