Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:
Project Manage National Strategic Customers Fortune 50, 100 and 500 accounts implementing fiber projects from 5 Mbps to 1 Gig Ethernet, DIA, Point-to-Point to Multipoint, ELAN, VLAN, Coax (HSD), Video Services, Hospitality, Voice Trunk (PRI) and BCP. Ensure timely delivery to schedule for all services. Interface with Regional Project Managers, Engineers & Construction teams in project planning, implementation, problem resolution. Face the customer, conduct weekly/bi-weekly calls and provide weekly updates and project trackers.
