Daily Duties at Chromalox:

 Management of public relations programs including press releases, press tours, customer communications, case studies, social media outlets, symposiums.  Management of web site development and accountability for web traffic growth and metric reporting. Five-year web traffic CAGR of 18%.  Technical copy writing for a broad array of markets including power generation, oil and gas, wastewater, medical equipment, commercial food equipment, commercial building.  Management of internal communications including newsletters, sales channel communications.  Development and strategic placement of international print and online advertising. Tracking of KPIs to ensure most effective return on investment.  Direct-marketing campaign strategy and execution including agency relations and digital marketing automation tools. Tracking of KPIs to ensure most effective return on investment.  Design and development of commercial distributor POP displays, literature, sales tools for space heater and heat trace product lines.  Responsible for prominent international trade show presence in key markets including Power Generation, Oil & Gas Exploration, Chemical Processing, Lab/Analytical Equipment. Booth sizes 600-1,500 sq'.  Management of market and product research projects including development and deployment of surveys, agency relations, response tracking, reporting and analysis.  Definition and enforcement of global corporate brand identification standards including product labeling, packaging, brand messaging and style guides.  Development and management of all marketing collateral including catalogs, brochures, sales tools for multiple sales channels including ecommerce, direct sales, manufacturers’ representatives, and distribution.  Management of trade names, trademarks, service marks including liaison with legal counsel.
