 Redesign of European exhibit display properties including assessment of market landscape, vendor vetting and identification, and management of creative design process.  Planning and execution of three four-day US sales management meetings of 120-150 people each including General Session and 14 breakout meetings with multiple tracks and offsite team building events.  Planning and execution of four-day international annual sales meeting with 700 attendees. Responsibilities included production of Awards Banquet, two concurrent General Sessions; 27 breakout meetings with multiple tracks.  Development of new, highly visible literature including 20-page patient-intake brochure; German Health Insurer brochure; German Rehabilitation brochure.  Management and promotion of three large US exhibitions with satellite events. Booth sizes 500-600 sq'.  Identification and vetting of project management software to improve and consolidate multi-department communications, proofing process, and timeline tracking.  Analysis of online literature fulfillment process and recommendations for cost-reducing measures.
