Daily Duties at Siemens Building Technologies:
Review and assess scope of work and architectural drawings for new security projects i.e. access control and CCTV for commercial applications. Discuss customer expectations of each installation and projects with system integration with salesperson and installation team. Procure equipment and coordinate work schedule with customer, general contractors and other relevant trades; electrical, information technology, elevator contractors and door hardware providers. Perform risk assessment and recommend additional security coverage. Process change orders. Comply with construction deadline and avoid liquidated damages. Commission system functionality. Train customer on system operations, access control database administration, adding cards, running reports; and CCTV search incidents and copy and save video.
