Daily Duties at Advanced Biosensor, Inc.:
Led sales operations and initiated projects & initiatives to streamline business development efforts and increase overall customer satisfaction rates in accord with corporate strategic planning and vision. Oversaw and facilitated account maintenance activities and channel development opportunities, by establishing and managing new & existing OEM manufacturer relationships, and directing & supervising sales processes and assigned personnel. Responsible for recruitment, hiring and training of new departmental employees. Supported the customer development activities of Manufacturer Representatives and Distributors. Led and directed sales force efforts on new customer prospecting, follow up, and additional sales opportunities via expert judgement and interpersonal skills.
