Daily Duties at Bdi Pharma, Inc:
Organized, administered and led the business development operations of a regionalized national sales force (consisting of internal & external assets) with concentration on the development of distribution channels. Directed and coached 4 regional managers via results analysis, market condition messaging, quarterly reviews, job responsibility effectiveness and subjective review on efforts regarding strategic initiatives. Supported departmental goals by performing project management duties resulting in client-centric programs and enhanced technological communication functionality; embracing industry standards and furthering corporate distribution, revenue and profit goals. Planned and executed project to program turn over by planning and executing program launch strategies through corporate education, cross functional team coordination and management Program administration duties included but not limited to: data collection, membership list maintenance, performance forecasting, implementing and communicating changes and enhancements, and reporting cross functional corporate documentation for program benefit filing & distribution as necessary. Coordinated new and existing manufacturer product integration, commercialization, training and strategic initiatives.
