Provide individualized consultation detailing scope, cost, quality & risk associated with ad messaging, artwork development, geographical & demographic audience criteria and deployment. Monitor campaign success via qualitative & quantitative measurements based on client specification. Recommendation of alternative or corrective actions via results analysis of campaign over time to determine potential enhancements to improve/maintain project results as needed. Operationally, maintained client data bases and communication models. Managed activities of a virtual ad designer to build and modify ads that I developed based on client consultation. Instituted business analytic spreadsheets & techniques to track & monitor company performance, performed quarterly strategic planning analysis. Responsible for accounts payables and accounts receivables, collections activities. Tracked and maintained basic inventory levels.
