• Served as Project Manager for the implementation of ISO 9001 quality system, successfully completed system implementation in less than one year resulting in a flawless third party certification audit. • Wrote 75% of all technical and business procedures and flows, organized centralized documentation system, conducted company-wide training sessions including creation of training materials. • Selected, trained and supervised internal auditors. • Acted as company representative for third-party audits, and through superior auditing and continuous training retained first level certification for entire eight years as Quality Systems Director. • Managed all aspects of gas plasma processing laboratory, including marketing and sales, operations, human resources, training, troubleshooting, development of research proposals, protocols and reports, customer service and budgeting. • Wrote technical articles and copy for all literature, designed trade show booth. • Created first-ever independent sales representative team, wrote and produced all training materials and organized and directed national sales meetings. • Drafted research protocols based on client requirements, directed research program, interpreted technical data and created research reports to present to clients. • Managed up to 16 employees on three shifts, trained all technicians and mentored and trained lower level staff for advancement.
