Daily Duties at Salesforce:
• Created and managed programs for world-wide vendors providing Salesforce with technical services including curriculum development, software, and localization. Significantly reduced conflict between vendors and internal stakeholders. • Served as technical writer and created and maintained program processes, created localization program including all documentation and user guides. • Provided support and creative problem solving for internal users and acted as a liaison between various internal departments and 3rd party vendors. Served as Agile Scrum Master for curriculum development projects.
