Daily Duties at Exxiss Security, Inc.:

Conduct weekly operations meeting with president to review current projects, quotes and pending projects in pipeline. Provide written monthly status report of all projects, pipeline and service issues. At president's request, discuss company financials, P&L statements and employee salary increases. Collaborate with president and service manager on strategic actions to resolve problematic security system equipment issues and customer concerns. Attend meetings and promote company capabilities and technical services to prospective customers and to existing customers with unique project requirements. Provide system design and engineering assistance as needed. Work with account executive to execute quotes and electric lock permit preparation. Submit signed quotes and supporting documentation to administrative assistant for contract processing and billing. Work with accounting to insure down payments are received and final payments, change orders and service repairs are invoiced timely. Assist service manager with equipment procurement, installation schedules, service call scheduling, and coordinate lock inspections with City or County authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) and customer. Update customer on installation or repair status.
