Daily Duties at Alstom / Ge:
Designed all generator stator rewind and repair tooling for other OEM equipment resulting in reduced cycle times and site personnel safety. Led all phases of the tooling design process for a multitude of products, components, parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing, prototyping and documenting results. Invented adjustable tooling for a range of machine sizes resulting in reduced tooling inventory and overall cost savings.
