Purchased and installed new IT hardware, including self-checkout machines, time clocks, and printers. Coached associates on new processes, including Kronos and POS. Installed PCI controls. Minimized deficiencies in updates and auditing. Controlled store inventory for IT services. Negotiated service level agreements (SLA’s) for cleaning and hardware maintenance vendors. Remained up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure safety and efficiency for team members.
