Responsible for ensuring that the front operation meets and exceeds quality expectations and participates in center Q/A program Oversee daily administrative operations:patient financial, and billing, scheduling and medical records Assist with patient satisfaction activities: review patient satisfaction data and comments monthly, implement activities to improve the patient/family experience at practice, address any complaints or concerns in a timely manner
