Daily Duties at Tyco International:

Regional Director Information Technology, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Real Estate, Fleet, EHS, Trade Compliance.  Recruited for to establish and expand international Latin American supply chain, IT, Real Estate, Fleet and EHS&W.  Implemented and managed $600M direct and indirect spend projects focused on driving end-to-end strategic sourcing solutions, savings, working capital improvements and supplier performance excellence.  Launched a formal PMO (project management office) to drive project transparency and visibility across the enterprise, which include risk, cyber security and governance  Brought disruptive technologies and placed backend servers/receivers in primary UL certified, Tier IV locations with redundant data centers; and virtualized 89 server infrastructure to modernize network and infrastructure.  Implemented an innovative IT transformation program, including infrastructure, security, mission critical systems, governance and culture, that reversed 5 years of major technical service delivery issues.  Reclaimed failed ERP platform, implemented single instance Oracle R12, CRM, SAP BO, and unified call centers to provide enterprise wide IT strategy for redundancy.  Consolidated 12 decentralized organizations into a single cohesive regional/process operating team aligned around consistent goals.  Simplified IT and supply chain leadership structure, instituted a talent management process, standardized work and common metrics.  Launched a formal PMO (project management office) to drive project transparency and visibility across the enterprise, including risk, cyber security and governance.
