 Innovation council original member, which worked with Innovation SVP, to develop innovative view of ADT 2.0. This initiative eventually ignited a Private Equity acquisition in 2016.  Supported rapid growth through the implementation of S & Op (Sales & Operations Process), EDI, JIT, ERP, DRP, Asset Tracking, VCE and VCP to bring operations and finance closer to marketing and sales, to launch and forecast and products on time driving predictability, profitability and growth.  Consistently exceeded minimum 1.5% of total revenue EBIT, cash flow savings objectives and achieved an annualized failure rate (AFR) of 0.35%, compared to a goal of 2.0% for the product portfolio.  Implemented an RMA return program, which generated over $13 million in gains and negotiated cost reduction for $57M in three years  Leveraged Original Design Manufacturing processes and New Product Introduction to bring products to market while maintaining low cost in home automation IoT and healthcare remote patient monitoring.  Hired, developed and mentored a high performance team to drive and outstanding customer service, efficiencies, alignment, engagement and support across functional departments.  Spearhead efforts to integrate several companies after mergers and acquisitions in the areas of corporate services operations, IT, commercial security and operational excellence applying innovative LSS methodologies.
