Played an integral role in preventing theft, work place violence, and rule infractions by guiding and patrolling the premises and ensuring property and personnel protection. Promptly addressed alarms such as break-ins, smoke, and fire alarms; water leaks; as well as employee and client emergencies Closely tracked and verified entry to employees, client, and vendors; while deterring unauthorized persons. Performed daily indoor and outdoor camera footage monitoring to review footage and ensure equipment were in good working order. Generated reports regarding equipment malfunction, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized persons on property activities and irregularities. Delivered on-time and safe resolutions to situations at hand by coordinating police, fire, and emergency services. Provided first-hand customer and employee services by applying knowledge of policies and procedures which included conducting customer assessment and customer satisfaction evaluations, as well as addressing services quality standards. Developed employee badges, fingerprints, and photographs for incoming employees and vendors.
