Guaranteed security of government facility, employees, clients, and information; while ensuring that only allowed authorized personnel are on the property. Provided physical security, visitor control, and technical security within Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). Leveraged expertise in weapon care, maintenance, operation, as well as disassembly and assembly including 9MM and shotgun.  Gained in-depth knowledge of Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) and Division of Criminal Justice Service (DCJS) qualifications in utilizing 9mm and shot gun. Conducted investigations to detect and report situations by patrolling on foot or vehicle.  Took part in searching illegal contraband such as Wi-Fi devices, not wrapped or handled properly classified materials, and weapons through random package inspections (PIP). Efficiently handled radio and telephone communication with the Security Operations Center; while overseeing the Lenel OnGuard alarm system.
