Daily Duties at Rdr Inc:
Provide hands-on support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Take charge of maintaining, and tracking records and filing systems; updating security files; as well as creating weekly status reports regarding program implementation, processes, and transaction. Expertly identify type of action for incoming documents by determining responsible office for action, coordination, and assistance. Carry out data input and collection through the retrieval of documents from databases. Hold accountability in organizing and filing classified and unclassified correspondence paperwork into files. Fulfill courier duties which included moving classified documents/files from headquarters to the warehouse for archiving files. Observe strict adherence to various processes and procedures as well as with the National Archives and Records Administration in (NARA) in archiving files. Maintain active participation in meetings and events.
