Daily Duties at Rdr Inc:

Provide hands-on support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).  Take charge of maintaining, and tracking records and filing systems; updating security files; as well as creating weekly status reports regarding program implementation, processes, and transaction.  Expertly identify type of action for incoming documents by determining responsible office for action, coordination, and assistance.  Carry out data input and collection through the retrieval of documents from databases.  Hold accountability in organizing and filing classified and unclassified correspondence paperwork into files.  Fulfill courier duties which included moving classified documents/files from headquarters to the warehouse for archiving files.  Observe strict adherence to various processes and procedures as well as with the National Archives and Records Administration in (NARA) in archiving files.  Maintain active participation in meetings and events.
