• Dispensing and distribution responsibilities • Wrote and monitored TPN orders and pharmacokinetics for antibiotics for nursing homes and home health patients • Organized training manual to standardize TPN formulation expectations for all pharmacists • Wrote SOPs for monitoring and documentation for patients on aminoglycosides and other antibiotics based on renal and liver function. • Updated USP 797 presentation and re-established monitoring guidelines • Provided in-service training to pharmacy and nursing staff • Member of interdisciplinary team for immunization providers • Assisted with preceptoring students from Mercer and UGA on monthly rotations Inserviced over 50 nurses and medical staff on various topics over the time present
