Daily Duties at Seagate Technology:
Progressed from a senior manager in Apr 2012 to a Director role in Oct 2016 to manage the vast and complex portfolio of Enterprise Business Applications. Most of the apps were internal facing and required that I meet with business Executive Vice Presidents to brief them on their systems since I managed their portfolio. Manage Business & Vendor Relationships in the 70+ Apps portfolio. Regularly identify areas where business value can be realized and also quickly adapt to changing system/resource needs of the business that are both creative and cost effective. Collaborate with other teams to drive quicker execution and mitigate risk. Deliver automated solutions & applications that are creatively built with Usability in mind. Manage team that builds, integrates & maintains enterprise apps in both technical & non-technical capacities. US direct reports of Senior Project Managers, Business Analysts & Technical Architects (15 US). Additionally, offshore 50 dotted line reports.
