Team Lead - Customer Interaction Team I worked as part of the management team to oversee daily functions of the Customer Interaction department; of which I was the leader of the resolution team. I was responsible for training in our Oracle system and developing associates skills, as well as creating and reviewing all processes/procedures affecting them to ensure the breadth of company policies were understood and adhered to, as well. I provided a high level of customer service, both for our internal and external customers; to assist in quickly determining resolutions for complex customer billing issues and invoicing inquiries. I continually provided support and instruction to my team and handled all customer-related escalations. I performed monthly phone monitors, utilizing the NICE program and surveys from our phone calls and service tickets as well. I utilized AVAYA to monitor our phone volume, in order to maximize the department’s effectiveness and utilize our available resources whenever necessary and provide our customers with the best possible customer experience in a timely manner. I processed daily, monthly and quarterly statistic reports and provided my expertise to assist with monthly one on ones and team huddles. I assisted with scheduling for all teams of our department for meetings, special events and daylight savings time change. I also worked hand-in-hand with all other departments within our center. Billing Senior Specialist II – Southern California/San Diego/Hawaii Billing Team I entered maintenance/contract data into Oracle 12i billing system, obtained meter reads and billed customer’s contracts for service and usage and resolved billing discrepancies. I also ran and processed Microsoft Excel billing reports, worked the billing assistance team email box, have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, on-the-job training with fellow co-workers and provided assistance to team lead and manager.
