Daily Duties at Imagik Corporation:
Led the rapid expansion of the company from a provider of in-‐flight entertainment peripheral equipment into a company with a complete range of aircraft monitors sold directly to the airlines. Implemented aviation quality programs from procurement to manufacture, development and type approval of a complete range of monitors while securing significant increase in sales and cash flow. Developed strategy that allowed a startup company to compete directly with large OEM's. Achieved 50% year over year growth in sales; in 2010 closed $15 Million in sales. Secured sales with airlines through developing personal relationships and offering a value priced, high quality, short lead-‐time product that improved order to cash by 120 days and improved margins by 15%. Was directly responsible for closing sales with British Airways, US Airways, Finnair, El Al, Avianca, Aero Mexico, Hawaiian Airlines, TAM, Delta Airlines and Monarch Airlines.
