Founded, financed and established company to provide a digital media player to replace the legacy video tape players still installed on many commercial aircraft. Built a small team; designed a product; negotiated supply agreements; established additional financing; completed FAA and EASA approvals for product installation onto all types of commercial jetliners, commenced FAA Section145 repair station approval. Successfully concluded a multi-‐year OEM supply agreement with Rockwell Collins. Commenced development on an innovative WiFi solution for the narrow body market. Generated positive cash flow in the first year of operations. Sold stake in business in May 2013 with a 6x return on initial investment.
