Daily Duties at Dakotah Direct Inc.:
Started as a CSR Responsible for making outbound sales calls. In four months I was promoted to Trainer and conducted the New Hire Seminar called View Point. I was asked to fill a Supervisor role for a poor performing program for a large client, Sears. We sold Credit Card Protection too Sears card holders. Turned the program around and then became an Ops Manager, and shortly thereafter an Account Manager. One of my clients was Quick Pages who recruited me to come open and run a call center for their organization. I was recruited by one of my most important mentors at Dakotah so I made the change.
