Daily Duties at Columbia Heating Products:

-Managed business budget, daily operations and equipment. -Directed office operations,equipment maintenance and product. -Plans, schedules,supervises and monitors the day to day maintenance of building,vehicles, grounds. -Coordinated product logistics and scheduling. -Process purchase orders and uploads to company computer. -Supply management experience -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. -Monitors all subcontracter maintenance services. -Maintains all inventory at peak season for customer orders -Work in compliance with company policies and procedures. -Monitor the work and activities of staff. -Demand planning accountability to include appropriate Supply Chain interface & partnership. -Oversees staff with responsibility of logistics,materials,purchasing environment. -Management of attendance,performance, training,development, and corrective actions. -Ensure timely payment to vendors and invoicing. -Deals with customer in a courteous and professional manner. -Delegate tasks and supervise the work of purchasing and procurement agents across all departments.Interfaces with product line planning manager to plan and prioritize purchasing activities,reviews planned orders,creates requisitions for purchases items and manages approval process,transmits and priorities approved purchase order and supporting documents to supplier,tracks order acknowledgement prepares and communicates shortages and backlog reports,and provides visibility of potential interruptions to customers,tracks orders and confirms system lead times,delivery date,and costs.Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies,obtains parts,service,material for customers by using preferred suppliers and negotiating best value and best quality, identifies and investigates additional source of supply to meet business goals .Keeps owner of company informed by any unique situations and issues,managing of other employees attendance, performance,development and corrective actions,ensuring compliance with the company safety polices.Provides guidance and support to all staff and are properly trained.Ensured that safety policies are met for the business.
