Director responsible for overseeing all activities associated with the company's engineering and heat exchange manufacturing division. Continuously successful at; leading a team of approximately 15-20 employees, maintaining a monthly P&L statement, achieving yearly divisional budgetary goals ($5M in 2014), overseeing all design projects and production activities, and obtaining/maintaining customer relationships.
