Directed teams of home office staff and field leaders to ensure project objectives and donor expectations were me. Represented AED and project teams externally within high- level conferences and meeting. Served as Project Director for $69-M program. Provided management and budget oversight to ensure project remained within scope and budget. Conducted problem-solving travel visits to maintain good relations with the donor. Cumulative value of projects under my direction exceeded $250M.
