Daily Duties at Fhi 360:

Lead a tops-performing team across a $200+M portfolio of education project to ensure effective and efficient implementation. Directed, conducted, and oversaw budget monitoring, development and implementation of technical deliverable, and resolved complex contractual requirements. Served as program directors for education projects as needed. Reviewed corporate policies and recommended changes to optimize productivity and healthy work environment. Senior management team member who made strategic planning and budgeting decisions for the education sector. Worked closely with Offices of Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance to minimize corporate liabilities. Served as Acting Chief of Party for field project to ensure continuity of senior-level management oversight and project success. Collaborated with Security, to ensure staff safety during political unrest and medical evacuations.
