Promoted from Staff Pharmacist in recognition of work ethic, motivational leadership, and pharmaceutical expertise. Directed procurement of drugs and supplies with budget of $65k per month, and successfully managed to come in at or under budget every month. Performed comprehensive chart reviews for average of 298 patients per month. Mentored and trained one staff pharmacist and one pharmacy technician with attention to technical skills and career development. Additionally managed time and leave protocols through Kronos System for two employees.
