Supervised medication compounding and dispensation and performed remote patient counseling. Saved up to $100k+ in lost reimbursement to insurance audits by identifying 100+ mistakes over six month period and implementing immediate corrections. Prevented catastrophic loss of revenue and fines. Cultivated broad knowledge of applicable state and federal laws pertaining to pharmacy best practices to maintain good standing with State Board of Pharmacy.
