Daily Duties at Aon Corporation:
Reconciled various accounts including positive pay, escheat, investment, clearing and fixed asset accounts. Worked with many banks and business units in making sure all account activity was accurate and timely. Assumed team leadership responsibilities by doing Comptroller’s reports on a monthly basis. Prepared monthly journal entries for month end close. Assisted in financial reporting to internal and external investors. People Soft fixed asset maintenance including adding, disposing and modifying assets, mass changes, reconciling and reviewing data from the AP sub ledger as well as resulting in AM entries to the GL.
