Daily Duties at Calvary Lighthouse:
Lead the organization through growth and multiplication of ministries. Saw 2 satellite locations successfully open and expanded our international exposure. Managed a staff of +50 people and expanded the private school we operated. Over 12 years only had 2 years with a negative financial ending. Over all left the church in a much better financial place and with a 21 acre campus and 145,000 sq ft of buildings nearly debt free.
