Daily Duties at Gordon Food Service Stores:

Oversaw development and performance of 10 stores including grand opening of 5 stores. Employed over 250 managers and sales associates. Visited stores regularly and focused on growth and development of managers’ leadership, managerial and business acumen skills. • Directed store managers who generated over $63M in sales, coaching and mentoring team in business plan execution. • Co-led productivity project focused on goal attainment for division, reducing labor costs, developing best practices around “time to stock,” which was adopted into company’s operations manual. • Created employee check-in process that increased productivity and performance, which was implemented throughout division. • Established a culture within district that inspired entire store teams to consistently exceed the customer’s expectations, leading to consistent recognition for outstanding customer service, receiving “Division Store of the Year” 6 times, and “Top Customer Service Honors 5 times. • Led over 35 Store Managers through class that contributed to success of the division, teaching Servant Leadership for division for 3 years.
