Assist in the planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating the budget development, financial performance, labor productivity, people management practices, quality management and improvement for multiple areas of the hospital. Develop and monitor the annual operating, capital budgets and expenses specified under the university policies and procedures. . Developed and implemented auditing procedures to support departmental operations. Performed all journal entries for Transplant, Food Service and all the various departments that conduct business though Materials Management. Completed 40% of the total hospital accruals which included Materials Management, OR, Radiology, Cath Lab, Food Service and Transplant. Managed MM accounts payable staff of 6 employees. Completed all reconciliations of the department’s perpetual inventory system. Added all new hospital accounts to PMM for future ordering. Managed all medical device and supply recalls for the hospital.
