Daily Duties at Cantv Telecommunications :

• Responsible for planning and implementing maintenance projects in order to ensure that preventive and corrective actions are taken in order to guarantee the levels of service defined. • Participate in high and low level solution designs and provide guidance regarding activities to be considered when new projects are implemented on the ongoing networks and services. • Develop method of procedure (MOP) documentation in order to reduce operational impacts and risks when implementing technical tasks within projects. • Recollect and analysis network measurements in order to guarantee service level agreements • Execute resource allocation management when network failures are detected and actively participate in troubleshooting and problem solving activities • Coordinate root cause analysis sessions and make final analysis reports in order to address the final resolution of the problems detected. • Design and conduct presentations for all the technical support teams in order to facilitate Knowledge transfer for post-sale support of the IP services.
