Project Revenue over 50 Million USD. • Review the High and low level Technical solution, review the contractual compromises of the project and Organize the kick-office meeting with project core team members and stake holders. • Participate in the design and approval of communication plan • Make daily follow up of project activities and participate in daily decision making activities for problem analysis and resolution. • Report to customer in weekly face to face meeting. • Generate bi daily email report to customer. • Acknowledge the financial status of the project in regular basis. • Participate in decision making activities for change management. • Evaluate team members performance and design fair distribution of project bonus. • Evaluate project risk in weekly session and define actions for deviation mitigation.
