Developed a clinical hemodialysis network by acquiring existing clinics. Supervise and lead a team consisting of several departmental managers representing Finance, Sales, Clinical manager, Medical Director, HHRR, Logistics, Legal and Compliance, Regulatory and Quality, and Technical Support.
