Daily operation of five terminals in Western US with 125 power units which represented $38M in annual revenue.. Including Dispatch team of six dispatchers, Warehouse team of 22 personnel, Over saw Customer Service team of seven personnel in three locations, direct responsibility of Fleet Maintenance consisting of two facilities with six mechanics, I participated in Driver recruiting at all facilities, I was solely responsible for all safety and Compliance requirements involving DOT CAL BIT and OSHA agencies..
