Managed operation of 250 door crossdock handling 1200 bills daily. including P&D of 65 trucks, loading, Dispatching, Safety/OSHA with BLS less than 1.5%, DOT/BIT Compliance both in "Good"rating, Dock Operations, Designed and implemented a successful Customer service department, Maintained OS&D claims at less than 1.5%, drove Collections to 91% under 30days, obtained Billing department accuracy of 98%, Guided Sales Team to 10% growth annually.
