Daily Duties at Smith & Nephew:

Researched and developed 11 new product launches for enabling technologies, implants, and biological innovations targeted at surgeons. Collaborated with sales, marketing, finance, R&D, sales training, and medical education resulting in timely, persuasive, and solid product launches. Duties included sales funnel management, trade show planning, LCR sites identification, product allocation, launch plans, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and field training. Provided training for 150+ surgeons on new disruptive technologies for clinical use, live demos, and evaluations.  Successfully surpassed New Product sales goals by 62% in 2014 with a net increase from $1.6M to $2.7M.  Expanded Key Opinion Leader (KOL) courses 40% which resulted in higher customer satisfaction.  Increased sales 10.5% in 2015 after being appointed as Marketing Lead to consult with a 25-member specialty cross-functional team assisting in manufacturing design and quality process of the resection business.
