Daily Duties at Coastal Carolinas Medical:
Oversee all aspects of sales and marketing for this specialist in advanced medical technologies for extremity-focused orthopedics, podiatry, and pain management. Develop and implement short and long-term strategic sales plans for various product lines in support of company sales objectives. Conduct training webinars/conference calls for all independent sales representatives nationally and serve as primary contact for all sales activity to include inventory replenishments, product shipments, pricing, training, and sales marketing development. Play a key role increasing sales by directing, recruiting, training, and management of 12 independent sales representatives. Strengthened team performance, product knowledge, and sales through ongoing sales training, product launches, individual mentoring, and incentive programs. Consistently exceeded revenue targets through goal setting and by performing monthly sales forecasting and competitive analyses.
