Daily Duties at De Puy Synthes Mitek:
Appointed to lead the newly acquired visualization capital equipment company. Collaborated with 8 cross-functional teams to identify decision makers/influencers to compile and validate information/value proposition to formulate and implement plans. Responsible for analyzing all internal training, marketing materials, and surveys to develop programs utilizing Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback. Created multiple gap analyses to address pricing, contracts, proposal playbook, offerings, and targeting issues. Spearheaded a revision re-launch project to the current visualization program and managed team members to execute the plan within gap analysis parameters inside an 8-month window. Reduced Requests for Proposal (RFP) turn-around from 10 to 5 days through the overhaul of pricing and the acquisition structure. Maximized revenue by offering portfolio recommendations after analyzing competitive offerings, current Mitek offerings, future portfolio, and broader JnJ MDD plans with an understanding of market dynamics and trends.
