Daily Duties at Cohera Medical:
Held concurrent responsibilities for recruiting/training personnel, launching and promoting FDA surgical devices to plastic surgeons using consultative selling techniques. Established a 10-territory manager team across 17 states full budget and administrative accountability. Aggressively pursed sales funnel targets to successfully generate 60% sales growth in the first five months of launch. Reduced costs by $35K annually by redesigning the sales training program from 6 days to 4 days. Streamlined the reporting process from five to two weekly reports, providing only one weekly metric to the CEO. Maximized retention and achieved zero sales team turnover by motivating personnel through team building, communication, and accountability.
