Daily Duties at Tsys, Inc :
Responsible for integrated payment and point of sale (POS) strategy; leading the strategic planning process, organizational budgeting and competitive intelligence. Led a team of consultants, analysts and managers who drove the organization in strategic and operational readiness, partner acquisition (business development) and technical integration for over 3000 partners and products into the TSYS front end. Owned Profit & Loss (P&L) for product innovation channel and acted as product owner role in our Agile software development lifecycle.
