· Reviewed and authorized monthly, quarterly and annual ledger entries including income statement, balance sheet, actual vs. budget reports, capital spending and analysis reporting. · Formulated and directed the implementation of new standards. · Oversaw all operating systems and programs supporting the Finance department. · Prepare recurring adjustment /Journal entries for month end closing. · Prepare monthly account analyses and reconcile the specific account. · Managed 4 accountants: hiring, training and performance reviews. · Provided technical accounting expertise and policy interpretation for complex transactions · Monitored cash balances with multiple bank accounts. · Assisted audit firms with all information requirements.
