Daily Duties at Bnsf Railway:
This posion is responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement projects supporting BNSF’s Engineering department. Key focus areas include supplier development, contract and purchase order negotiations of all sizes, supplier relationship management, supplier quality and total cost of ownership optimization. Role will also need to set strategic vision and partner with the Engineering department on future projects. This position leads cross-functional teams in identification and execution of Strategic Sourcing requirements, strategies, process improvements, as well as support of internal stakeholders.
