Daily Duties at Timex Group:
• Develop consumer products through international cross-functional team with strategic industry partners. • Direct all elements of new product development, program management, supplier evaluation, Engineering Software & Hardware test, product validation, specifications, and Real World testing plans centered on validating voice of the consumer. • Manage multi-sites team of QA/QC senior level Far-East plants; oversees management of manufacturing to produce high volume product; coordinated supply chain resources across multiple sites so that approved products are manufactured on schedule and within specific standards and cost objectives. • Monitor product quality throughout development and post-release, identify and escalate critical issues. • Provide quality leadership to all functions within Timex (domestic and overseas) and managed call center to achieve customer satisfaction and overall business objectives.
