Daily Duties at Copart, Inc.:
I was responsible for a region that had 13 facilities in a seven state area. This encompassed 13 direct-reporting general managers and a staff of 200+ in these locations. I oversaw all operational, financial, personnel, facility, equipment and safety matters and ensured that all facilities were operating according to company standards. This required regular visits to each location and periodic auditing of each to ensure that standards were being met. I was the primary person responsible for training and developing the management team at each location.
