• Served as the Noncommissioned Officer In-Charge, DoD PEC, Pharmaceutical Operations Directorate, TRICARE Management Activity, supervising 15 personnel, and 39 Army Civilian Call Center contractors. • Managed a $1.8 million annual budget, training of 54 personnel, and over $550,000 equipment hand receipt. • Assisted in broad spectrum, high quality, cost-effective, and over a $7.2 billion pharmacy benefit for the over 9.3 million beneficiaries throughout the Defense Health Agency (DHA). • Spearheaded two memorandums of agreement efforts with the University of Incarnate Word (UIW) Feik School and University Texas (UT) Pharmacy six-week student educational program rotations.
